Terms and conditions are written to confuse you, so you dont read the P&P's Lawyers write a paragraph and spread it out through the P&P so that when you go to court the lawyer can say what part of this did you not understand.

If you join a company to buy at wholesale the behavior is to recruit recruit recruit, you will need a huge team to ever make money because no one will buy at the retail price!! it will take 8 times more people at wholesale to make the same as at retail...again who wants to buy at RETAIL? 10 DISTRIBUTORS=1 RETAIL CUSTOMER!! IS IT REALLY A NUMBERS GAME? Whether you like Wal-mart or not Sam Walton had the perfect Idea for the perfect business model.
What is the lifeblood of any business? Product movement to the end consumer. Walton said " Do people care when they buy their groceries whether theres an acoustical tile ceiling, or if they see the roof rafters and white bar joists?" The answer: They dont care!!
So he invented a business model where you have shelves with cases and cases of soda. In the evening they bring the products down and stock the shelves warehousing for ALL the manufactures, saving them ton's of money and passing the savings on to you the consumer.
How does this relate to network marketing?Look at every company and compensation plan. lets say every company pays out 50% of retial to reps. Each product no matter what the cost they pay a 50% commission. You an only cut the pie so many ways. If you pay 50% commission on $79.95 (DONT FOR GET THE BREAKAGE YOUR DOING WHOLESALE AND SO IS YOUR TEAM SO THE COMMISSION IS ON $39.95 NOT $79.95 WHICH CUTS YOUR COMMISSION BY 50%) or 50% commission on $39.95. Do you thnk a $39.95 product makes it much eaiser to sell twice or 3 times as much?
Cut the overhead and you have a better chance to sell the product. Your not just competing against other network marketing products your competeng against Sams club and Walmart too. Your business model better let you make a good offer to the consumer or youll never succeed.
Whatever network marketing company finds a way to move the product to the end comsumer at the best price wins!!!
