Fibre reduces the desire for food just like water so you should also eat a lot of it. Moreover, fibre refreshes your immune system so that you are less bloated and stuffed and it gets rid of old waste in your system to help you feel better, when you feel better you are more likely to exercise! The problem is snacking on the wrong things. If you try to stop snacking you will more than likely lose the battle with your willpower! You have to replace it so you get the psychological satisfaction of snacking but you are doing it in a healthy way. Try alternate snacks like peanuts and fruit rather than a double chocolate cookie or ice cream.
