How many calories should you burn to lose weight?

The news is, you must burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat.

How many calories do you need daily to maintain your current weight?

1. If you’re sedentary, multiply your weight in pounds by 14. You get the number of calories you need to maintain your body weight. For example, 200 lbs x 14 = 2,800 calories. By reducing the number of calories to 2000 calories, you lose weight.

2. If you’re moderately active, multiply your weight in pounds by 17. You get the number of calories you need to maintain your body weight. For example, 200 lbs x 17 = 3400 calories. By reducing the number of calories to 2500 calories, you lose weight.

3. If you are very active day, multiply your weight in pounds by 20. You get the number of calories you need to maintain your body weight. For example, 200 lbs x 20 = 4000 calories. By reducing the number of calories to 3400 calories, you lose weight.

But it is certainly difficult to evaluate exactly the calories in what you eat and even how to calculate accurately the energy spent during daily activities.

You have tried many diets, the results are difficult to stabilize and you feel you are stuck in prison? --- then
