"I started Leanology, because for the last four years, getting back to 190 pounds has been my long-term goal. I had a big event coming up in three months so I used that as motivation. I was positive that the product would work. My wife was my biggest supporter. As of today, I’ve lost 39 pounds and I’m now at 191 pounds and would like to drop another 5 to 10 pounds.

If I could give others any advice just starting their weight loss journey, I would tell them to set goals, learn to enjoy healthy snacks, and most importantly, if you mess up, stop and start over, but don’t quit."
